I'm a networking engineer and I am completly stumped by my bosses computer. She said she wasn't doing anything she usually doesn't do but now when you enable the ethernet connection about 70 internet pages pop up and it goes from 0 bytes received to 15,000,000 bytes received in under 5 minutes. I have followed the guide that uses CCleaner and also the windows XP Malware Removal guide, but that just doesn't seem to work. I am posting all requested logs that it says in the Windows XP Malware Removal Guide.

Any help or things to try would be great. I would love to just wipe the whole computer but she has so many important documents and programs and everything on there that is not an option. So I just need some things to try to get rid of this virus.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

You have AVG7 and Symantec installed. Per the READ ME, one of these must be uninstall now.

You should also uninstall Ad-aware 6 Personal which is years out of date and Ad-Aware 2007 is already installed.

Then you need to get us an MGlogs.zip file from Normal Boot mode instead of Safe Boot mode.

    This may not be malware.
