Trojan in a download

    Just joined this forum in order to tell someone that there is a trojan attached to Mz Ultimate Tweak for XP on this page. aSquare Free found it when I checked for bad stuff before loading. :confusedhttp://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads1.html

    Our software is tested for malware and we do not have downloads that are infected. A-squared is notorious for false positives and we no longer recommend it in this thread:

    What TimW said, A-Squared is also off our top freeware picks. While it is not harmful, its numerous false positives are annoying. The program is safe, just scan it with any other program to see for yourself.

    I suspect its also false positive or an expected result but AVAST flagged the rootkit tool sysprot.exe and the offline scanner pgremove as Win32:Trojan-gen and Win32:Kuang2 respectively.

    I was about to post seperately about it but saw this post prior to the admins replies.

    FYI, almost 30k downloads, no other complaints, our antivirus says its clean (Superantispyware, AVG, Nod32, etc.)
