My log files

Well hello all. I read and run through the malware guide, but was not able to do the super anti spyware because I had already purchased it but the keys that came with it never worked. I've tried uninstalling but it will not leave the pc. I also tried the portable version but it never did anything except tell me the version I had was expired. Combofix would not let me run as long as I had AVG on my system. ( I have the free version ya I know it sucks..clearly) I disabled it completely and it still would not run, then I tried uninstalling it, and with the remover tool...no luck. It's still there but most of the files seemed to be gone, but cannot access the main menu. Also I did everything with Windows firewall off. Lastly for some reason I am not able to locate the Malwarebytes log file, looked everywhere.

 

I wanted to add that the major problem besides AVG telling there's a ton of trojans on my pc is there is registry error and it turns my task bar grey. I'm running XP sp3, 32 bit

I did or at least tried to lol. Well after that post I restarted the computer and it just kept looping from there, so I took it in to be fixed.

Now I have Kapersky on it, the pc guys put it on and I've kept it so far. I was going to put the two other recammended programs and that should be good....I hope lol

 

No thank you. It's all good now, but I certainly do appreciate that. They reformatted and backed everything up and put it back. Now I need to learn to better maintain it lol.
