What is this error: [ 2631.636695] end_request: I/O error, dev sr0, sector 505656

Hi.

I got this error when I finished installing Ubuntu 10.04 LTS on my old spare PC. This happened after I removed the CD. Everything appears to be fine. Just curious as to what the error means.

It carried on like this for a few more lines. I hit enter and the PC rebooted into Ubuntu.
