    Need Major help from MajorGeeks! Computer has been hacked via gmail. Have 6 people on my computer from all over world. Also I can no longer download any software to try to fix problems. Running an updated version of windows Vista Home. Thanks for any help y'all can conjurer up!

    Let us know. Malware forum has some guides. You might be able to tap f8 while you boot, then choose safe mode with networking and possibly download new tools like Malwarebytes. If not, find a friends PC and download some tools on CD, DVD or thumb drive.

    Thanks, I'll give a try. Contacted Microsoft and they are the ones that said we had 6 people on our computer and would help but wanted more than computer is worth. Fortunately the didn't get bank account info just took over an email account.:confused
