Can anyone tell me the best way to format a 95 and 98 hard drive. I would like to wipe the drives clean in preperation to sell the computers. I thought that there was a dos command (fdisk?) that would do it. I am no geek! Thanks, Trina

Active KillDisk will do the trick for you. Simply copy to floppy, boot from floppy, and use the software to do the work for you.

Create a Startup disk from the existing OS before formatting the hard drive. Then, boot from that Startup disk and use the Format command. Fdisk can be used to create partitions.
