I am using WinXP Pro & IE 6.0 and have full admin rights. Here is my problem. I am unable to access internet options thru IE 6.0 - tools - internet options. When attempting to access I get the message "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system Administrator.". I can access internet options thru control panel but the "set home page" options are grayed out and unaccessable.

This issue does not occure on any other account built on this PC. What and where do I check to correct this issue?

    HijackThis

HijackThis worked great. I can now access Internet Options and config IE. Thanks for the help.
