   May I please post a thread asking what people think is the best system optimizer? Would it be OK if I had a link to a polldaddy survey asking people what is their favorite? I want to use polldaddy because of limitations in this poll system.

   Not really a question for the mods as your thread title suggests, but more of a general forum and user question as system optimisers are a per user thing, so Software forum is best for this question. I will likely weigh in my thoughts on this topic in such a new thread.
   
   You can link to whatever poll site you like, whether users actually vote is another question.
