Atheros Bluetooth Adapter - error 43

    Hi, all,
    Working with Vaio, WIN 7 and all updates.
    Cannot establish bluetooth connection. My Qualcomm Atheros AR 3011 Bluetooth(R) Adapter shows "!" sign and says something as: "the tool was stopped because it announced difficulties (code 43)". My wireless control is "ON", trying update driver it says: driver is the latest one, have done update of entire Bluetoot suite. Microsoft offers some hofix, perhaps I did not select the correct one, or there were not the correct one. Nothing helped.
    If somebody can help.
