Hi my friend , welcome to MG's , do you exist any yellow question mark in device manager menu ? You could navigate to Start - Run mmc devmgmt.msc !!

Hi and Welcome

Need to answer falconattack's question of yellow ! marks or for that matter any red x's in Device Manager as these can help us help you disgnose the issue.

Other things you can try are to run the Audio Fixit HERE and see if that finds any issues, if it does let us know exactly what they are.

Can you link us to the thread by "dlb" with the suggestion so we can look as we may have updated link for the suggestion? although I may have found it already and the driver that may work is from a Korean Toshiba site and these links should work as I just tried them out now, they are off an FTP site area, so may start the download slower than you'd normally see happen.

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
part 4

and once downloaded run the Part 1 exe file.

Default Troubled laptop ..:(

Yesterday, i am listening to music using my neo laptop then it suddenly turns off. it has no battery and connected directly to an outlet, so i tried to reconnect the charger and turn it on, but the light becomes green then it turn off and ended orange. i try it several times but it doesn't turn on.
i have done the draining idea wherein i hold the power button for 1 minute while the charger is unplug but it doesn't seem to work. any idea how to fix this?
more power!
