There was a thread about lockers awhile back, if someone does not answer here, post a question in a new thread - if this issue gets solved by removing Lockbox.

While starting a new thread for locker suggestions is highly recommended, here's a couple I found real quick here at Major Geeks; both are freeware:
    WinGuard http://www.majorgeeks.com/WinGuard_Pro_d1707.html
    Security Toolkit http://www.majorgeeks.com/Security_Toolkit_d4849.html
Take a look at the Security downloads, and the Covert Ops downloads:
    Security Section http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads16.html
    Covert Ops http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads6.html

    Good luck!
