I'm just getting into the Java language, and wrote an applet, the "Hello World!" applet to start off, learning the compiler...compiled the hello.java file into hello.class file. In dos, I type:

    C:\java>appletviewer hello.html

which shows the applet perfectly, however when I double click the hello.html in the c:\java\ folder, the applet's dimensions take shape but class hello not found...

    any suggestions?

    ~Thanks
