    Hi all.
I've recently build a PC for my aunt and it turns out she is getting some bluescreen out of randomness.

She sent me these details but I havent a clue what they mean, Thought this forums could point me in the right direction.

    Thanks.

    Welcome to MajorGeeks chillerkid :).

About all I can tell from that is that it's probably a device driver causing it with a very small chance that it could be memory.
As it's a new build, I'd first suspect that an unnecessary motherboard monitoring or tweaking software is installed, they're often the cause of BSOD's.

Do you think you could access it remotely using something like TeamViewer to check it over?

    Hi Satrow,
Thanks for the welcome, as you mentioned above, I did install a a CPU temperature software. Maybe thats the cause?
Thanks for the sofware you provided, I'm sure it will come in handy.
I will remove that software and see if that helps in anyway.

Will report back if are any changes.

    Thanks

It was just a best guess based on limited information, if you can get hold of some *.dmp files as mentioned in that log, copy them to the Desktop then zip and attach them here, I might be able to find other possible or likely causes.

    Good luck.

Sorry for the noob question but where can I find the *.dmp log files?

You'll need to copy any files from that location to the Desktop before zipping and attaching the zip file.

Uninstall Norton 360, use the uninstaller here after a 'normal' uninstall and reboot. It can be reinstalled after testing is complete, you can install the latest version of MSE in the meantime, if you wish, ensure the built-in Windows firewall is re-enabled.

Update the nVidia graphics card drivers from nVidia.com Support.

I've only imported the last 4 dumps and taken a quick look at one of them, it feels like memory problems, many different BSOD's:

Please follow the memory diagnostic tests using Memtest86+. 7+ runs or overnight is best but if you see any errors, it's a fail, ok?

Hello there, Thanks for helping me out.

Been told again that after uninstalling Norton 360, the result is still the same. With so many program installed on her computer I dont know which could be a problem.
The Ram came bundled with the motherboard from amazon.co.uk so i'm assumed they're compatible.
I'm going to do the easy way, reformat her PC and install one major software like Norton then leaving it for a day to see if there are any BSOD, if not, then i'll install another software and so on.

Do you think it could be Windows 7 x64 that is causing the problem?

No, Not yet. My aunt lives in London and I live quite far away so getting to London is a journey. I will install the program you provided me and see what errors comes.

    Will keep you posted.
