Hi all Great to meet you!,

I have a new HP system with 4G of ram, but windows & everest home edition only report 3.5G. The video is intregal, but only uses 256m, why the difference?

Can I post everest results or do I need to list specifics of
    my system manually?

    Thanks ahead of time! :)

What operating system are you using? How many bits is the system?

32 bit versions of Windows can only address 4GB of RAM in total. This includes your pagefile, and any RAM on your audio and video card. They would deduct from the RAM available to your system. I would imagine you simply can't use 4GB of RAM.

64 bit versions can address 16GB, so you shouldn't have a problem there.
