Why can't I reinstall?
I tried to uninstall a program form my PC that would not start up. It would not uninstall from my add/remove programs. I went into my programs fold and removed in manually then uninstall it for add/remove programs. I downloaded and tried to reinstall and it asks me if I would like the program to be able to make changes. When I click yes nothing happens. I have tried rebooting my pc and it still does not work. I am running windows 7 64 bit.

It would help if you'd specify which program it is that will not uninstall / install.
