Internet browsers will not work

My internet browsers (all of them) will not work, but I can use the internet by going to start then search and typing in the address of a website in the address bar, after I uninstalled IE 8. I'm not an expert on anything, but I think it could be because of my IP address. I did the ipconfig/all thing, the results are below. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
