spyware destroying pc need urgent help

hi guys

ok my comp has serious problems i dont know where to start... i keep getting random prompts that my 'computer is infected' but the main problem is that many programs have stopped working and most dont work properly.. for example i cant click on the address bar of internet explorer without it closing down..

it also seems to be getting worse on a daily basis

anyway i managed to get a hijackthis log and any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou

ok thanks i did all of that but spy sherriff is still there and when i tried to save my pandascan results it just shut down...

like i said my programs keep shutting down... like when i type something into the ie address bar or if i try and save something and even click on the pull down tab it just shuts down
