I have an ATEN CS 1762A 2 port kvm. When I plug my wireless mouse into the usb port marked for the mouse the only direction the mouse moves is up and down. If I plug the receiver into a usb port on the computer it works correctly. Any ideas?? Thanks!

Well it appears a little internet research answered my dilemma. It appears the the usb ports on the front of a KVM may not be true usb ports but port configured to emulate wired keyboards and mice. They suggested I attach the wireless receiver into a peripheral usb port, so I inserted it into the hub I had already attached to a peripheral port and don't you know my wireless mouse started working!! Problem solved!!
