Headphone Jack broken

    My headphone jack socket is broken on my sony laptop. I get no sound output at the moment. Is there any way to change the settings/configeration on the computer so that i can use the recording jack (mic) as my output for sounds. installed on the computer is realtek HD audio manager.

    Any help would be great thanks
