I'm visiting my parents and taking a look at my step dads computer. I tried running SpywareBlaster, Spybot S&D, MalwareBytes, and Kaspersky Internet Security 2013. I removed anything they found but am still seeing malware activity. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Malware Symptoms
I see ads injected into Google search results. I see malware extensions/addons being added to Chrome and Firefox. Kaspersky warns me regularly about possible trojan activity (fixing it works for 20 minutes before I get another warning). I have trouble surfing because of popups, that seem to be outside the scope of Adblock Plus' capabilities, that will cover the entire screen and block 90% of webpage visibility. Every once in a while an ad will open in a window on the desktop.

    Scanning Notes
The Read & Run Me First Guide and Win7 Installing Tools & Running Scans section were followed to the tee and completed without any problems.

The only potential problem seen in your logs is Radmin Server 3. Did you knowingly install this?

Try manually disabling/deleting any addons to Chrome that you do not want or that look suspicious. If that does not help then do the below.

    Reset Chrome to Defaults

Yes I am aware of it. I use it for remote administration. I don't understand how the system is clean. Does the scanning process clean anything up? I know you clean with malwarebytes but that scan came up empty :confused...

One problem I am still noticing is that when I attempt to start Kaspersky, it doesn't start. The normal start menu shortcut tries to launch "starter_avp.exe". If I go into the program directory and launch avp.exe then Kaspersky launches. Isn't this evidence that something is stopping Kaspersky from launching when using the normal shortcut?

    EDIT
Now that I check, it isn't working on another PC here at home which has never had a malware infection of any kind. So I will just edit the shortcut. Nevermind :-o

    Glad you got it resolved!

Since you are not having malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
