Please help with malware-infection!

My computer has become very slow lately, and it has changed the look of some icons in the "messenger-field" (bottom-right on the screen).

Also, when I minimize some active windows they end up in the "message-field", and not in the "activity-field" as before.

I must be infected, but I don't know by what. I've run all the scans & tools in the "read & run me first"-list. (In both safe and normal mode.)

Panda ActiveScan detected adware "secure32" at location C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and TrendMicro detected & deleted something called CWS_SE.-50000.

All other tests were clean!

I'm no expert on computers and I don't know what else to do, I would really appreciate some expert help. I've attached my HJT-file, in which I can't find anything...

To clarify: by "message-field" I mean the system tray, of course.
And by "activity-field" I mean the taskbar. (Sorry about this.)

When I right-click on the icons in the taskbar that have changed how they look I only get the options "open" & "exit".
If I choose "open" nothing att all seems to happen. If I choose "exit" the icon just disappears.
If I left-click on the changed icon it opens up the program it represents, as normally would do before the icon had changed the way it look.
