IE Address Bar

    After the new critical updates from Microsoft, the address bar in IE does not work as it did before. When I type in a website address it will not open to the site. I have rolled back using System Restore and find that the address bar will work. What has happened since the new critical updates that would cause IE to act in this manner? Is there a fix?
