BlueScreen

I've gotten a blue screen 4 times now...It's sporadic and the 4 incidents have happened over the period of two weeks....the computer starts up and works fine for a couple days afterward....but I'm still very concerned obviously...the computer was purchased new in september 2009, so not a year old yet... the problem signature is as follows:

Should I call Future Shop where I bought the computer from (since still under warranty) or is there something I can do ?

I've already cleaned disks, defragmented, cleaned registry, ran Norton scans....
BTW, I'm running Windows Vista and have intel core, ATI...computer is a Gateway....does any of this info help?

 

If it is still under warranty then I would go direct to them as anything we suggest might (not will, might) invalidate the warranty.

 

oh and I should mention it has happened when checking banking info, once when checking facebook, once while computer wasn't even being used (as I had gone to answer phone)

 

Ahhh, good to know....ok, will do ! ugh, hate dealing with future shop, lol....but you are probably more than right ! (not sure why I bought from them, but I did)
