changing a password on vista

    i have windows vista. and there are 2 accounts on it. the admin and another one. my sister's is the admin one and mine is the other one. but she cannot remember her password. and when i log in to mine i cannot change her password. how can i reset her password.
    need some files from her documents. thanks.

    how can i erase the whole computer and reload everything again? i have all the discs that came with the computer and everything.
