Well, I've been trying to be cautious over what I download but in the end, we all get caught. I've tried every AV/AS under the sun, to no avail. Everytime I startup my PC in task manager it shows an "Iexplore.exe" but it doesn't show an active browser tab in my taskbar. I've read up and people say it could be multiple things like: Dialers, Cache Keeper(steals cache information), and generally a rogue program that can reek havoc all over your PC...I'm very anxious to find out what this is, any insight would be much appreciated on what I can do to fix this.

The most frequent cause of problems like this are LOP infections; however, there can be other reasons too.
