iexplore.exe help!

Hi everyone,

Been having this problem for a while now it's so annoying and not allowing me to work!
Everytime I turn my computer on, it just automatically slows down.
I run task manager and see there is around 4 iexplore.exe open with 900k+ memory usage and like 99CPU usage.
Every time I end the process, it reopens again.
I've also got multiple google chrome open, as I use google chrome only.

I've seen previous topics here that bootkit or something helps? but none of the links work anymore.

Help pleasee!!!
