   I have pop-ups blocked on my IE7. Suddenly, today, when I go to
   excite.com and click on a news item, I get a pop-up from:
   http://www.yourtopbrands.com/9qw2E61dd8615?sud=11286
   
   I tried to add it to my security blocks but that didn't stop it. I cleaned out my cookies - still pops up. Any ideas?
