Adaware without the anti-virus

Currently running Kapersky Pure as antivirus and I like it Is there a way to download just the malware and adware components now without downloading the anti-virus program along with it??

No. Kaspersky is an anti-virus company.
If you don't want av, don't use Kaspersky.
Malware detection without an av component, use malwarebytes.
Adware blocker, use a browser addon like adblockplus. You can also install a passive program like SpywareBlaster.

If you are talking about the Ad - Aware program, it used to have separate components.
Now it is Av and malware.
