Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 3(KB970892) fails

    Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 3(KB970892) From Windows Update will not install. The user on this laptop runs ACT 2009. I've read some reports about needing the server running for the update to work, but I've had it running properly (I think) and it still failed. The error code I'm receiving is 0x737D. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
