Virus Issues Irritates to my PC..............

Following are the issues that I use to have on my computer. How could I overcome with it.
These are some issues which are evolved on my PC......

My computer stops responding when I try to use Microsoft Office products.

My antivirus program cannot be installed on the computer or it will not run.

New icons appear on the desktop that I did not place there.

Windows does not start because certain critical system files are missing.

Since you can't start due to missing system files, you need to fix that issue first before we look for malware.

I have described my issues. I am unable to fix it, I cant format my PC due to some important files which are virus infected. I am trying to fix those issues also.

As I have closed my previous topic, I don't think so there is any kind of issue, while I am moving on with my current Thread. As I have told I can't format it due to some important files.
