Drivers for Windows 7 Installation?

I am getting a BSOD that I can't get to go away. I am told all I can do it reinstall Windows 7 to see if it is an intermittent hardware problem.

I downloaded the Windows ISO to a USB drive. When I boot off the USB it eventually asks where the harddrive drivers are. I assumed they would be on the USB as part of the windows, but I guess not.

I found all the current drivers in the Windows directory on my harddrive. Can I move them to the USB and tell the install program that is where they are?

If not, what do I do?
