Windows Security Centre can't locate my firewall or antivirus software

    Windows Security Centre can't locate my firewall or antivirus software for some reason, all of a sudden.

    I use Zonealarm Free and AVG Free Edition respectively, what have they done to offend Security Centre?

    hi, i found the avg issue on others pc's running avg and xp, never seemed to cause a problem though, avg still worked
    never come across the zone alarm one, but if the icon is active in your system tray, then you should be ok

    Did you have any other anti-virus/firewall beofre you installed Zonealarm and AVG?
