Cpu-Z shows one of the timings is different than the other three. I'm wondering if I have a dimm going bad or what?

Change the "Slot #x" to another. You should see the same timings.

Not used CPU-Z in a while, but I think what you are looking for is under the "Memory" tab. What you have selected is the "SPD" tab, which I believe shows the various timing specs that should be possible for the particular RAM you have installed, as per the manufacturer.

The "Memory" tab should display what settings your RAM is currently running with.
