    Hi

I'm having problems with the new HP laptop I have just bought at the weekend.

When entering something in Google I get redirected via results2.google.com then onto a page thats irrelevant to what i have searched for.
Also the 'do you mean' feature seems to have disappeared.

I have run malware bytes and the Norton that was installed when i got it.
malware found 7 dns changers and Norton found one.
malware said it had removed all of them but the problem remains, rerun and all seven are still there still.

I'm on the 4th step of 'read and run first' but i cant see a guide for windows 7, i have right clicked start but there is no explore (was going off the vista guide)

I was wondering how to do this on windows 7?

any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated as i@m not very savvy when it comes to this kind of problem.
Plus I'm rather annoyed i have this problem as its brand new and all i had done up until the point of realizing i had the problem was install opera, use ebay and log into a couple of social networking sites, the later is were I'm guessing i might have pick up this problem?

    Thanks in advance

    Nick
