EGroup.IEAccess.C(Dialer) PLEASE HELP

    I CANNOT get rid of this. I have gone through all the steps over and over and over. Went through the special instructions for removing Virtumondo or whatever that was. This thing here, the EGroup thing, does not seem to be causing any noticable problems, but I cannot get rid of it. I remove it and it is right back. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
