I am getting some idiot page about my computer being locked by the FBI. Requires I close page, go to library and delete. Cueing X in upper corner does nothing

Were I you, I would go to the malware removal forum/page and follow the cleaning procedures listed!

 

I didn't even realize it was the same guy I responded to twice. So LauraR is quite right, given the 2 put together, you have malware.
