Antivirus removal program

I am trying to install a new internet security program...Bit Defender Total Security after I thought I removed my old one...Kaspersky Pure 2.0. My uninstallation is still in progress after 36 hours. with what looks like 5% completion. I remember you guys having an application removal program to use to fully remove anything from a computer. Do you guys still have it or is there another one to use for this situation?
