Some assholes I live with went and for some bizarre reason changed my roadrunner router (no idea why other than they're retards). Now no "green light" on utorrent. Trying to forward ports but 'ipconfig /all' is giving me one IP address while sites that tell you your IP address are giving me a completely different one.

I also can't figure out how to get my "correct" DNS address. This new router is a SMC8014wg-s1 (looks cheap). Any info would be deeply appreciated.

The IP address that you get when you go to a whatismyip type website is actually probably the IP address of your modem, not of your individual computer. The IP address that your computer uses is for the intranet and isn't seen on the internet. Every computer going through that modem should get the same IP when going to a whatismyip type website. If I remember correctly.

    Unbanable remembers correctly.
Your web query will show the internet IP whereas ipconfig shows your intranet IP
