Stuck on Welcome Screen - Help!

    I got a virus last night! When I reboot it goes to the WINXP Welcome Screen
    and I don't know the Password... it has put a password in my BIOS.
    I can't do anything! Please Help!

    I'm not sure you are explaining yourself properly. The BIOS is not the same thing as a password used in the Windows OS. BIOS is short for basic input/output system. This is the built-in software that determines what a computer can do without accessing programs from a disk. On PCs, the BIOS contains all the code required to control the keyboard, display screen, disk drives, serial communications, and a number of miscellaneous functions.

    Can you boot your PC all the way up or not?
    How many user accounts do you have?
    Can you boot into any of them?
    Can you boot in safe mode?
