Have a question. At work, the computer I explicity use, is at best a workstation - meaning, no software installations, and no administrative privileges. Since I work on this computer with a roaming profile, is it possible to visit sites that in the background can install/or do browser hijacking or any the bad stuff they do? Would the Anti-spyware programs like Ad-aware, the new Microsoft package, etc., be necessary on any computer set up like mine? Same question for removal tools like CWShredder, HijackThis!, etc.

    Just wondering. Thanks.

I think this depends on your privelages, because if you do not have rights to install programs, then you shouldn't run into any spyware issues.
