Thank you guys

Not sure if this is the place, but wanted to give you guys a very heart felt thanks.
Somehow my computer had received the TitanShield Antispyware (love) package. Zeez, this thing drove me crazy. Nothing would get rid of this browser hijacker. Well, did a little searching here and came across the SpywareQuake & SpyFalcon Removal Procedure instructions. chaslang...you are a Godsend. Followed the procedure, and it was gone.
Now, a little side note. I also followed the procedures in the Read & Run Me First before asking for support thread, and low and behold, more crap which was removed. Again, Major Attitude...fantastic well laid out procedures to follow. You guys run a top notch operation here, and deserve all the suppport you get...and more. Kudos to all your programers and team members. It is a mounumental task to explain, to a layman, what steps to take to remove some this stuff. Any technical writers should take note.
