Can't access yahoo mail in IE

    I have a customer that cannot access either Yahoo mail or hotmail using internet Explorer. It comes up as page not found. I installed Firefox and everything works great. A networked computer in her house can retrieve web mail using IE. Any thoughts?

    Just a follow up. I found I couldn't access the Windows Update site as well. The knowledge base had a workaround that involved adding some missing or corrupt .dll files. Everything works fine now.
