    Right then, Im new to all this, what I would like to know is exactly what I need to protect my computer.
    Ive currently got Avira anti virus, (Malware and super anti spyware which I run In safe mode)
    Ive been reading other posts, but its a little confusing, as i dont relly want 2 conficting programmes running at the same time, im on a 32 bit windows Vista home premium.
    All help very appreciated.
