    Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone here can help me with this problem. I've been trying all nite to fix it and am not making any progress.

For starters, I'm using a Gateway laptop with Vista Home Premium.

The game I'm having issues with is Canasta which opens slightly differently than other Pogo games. Most open in a new window but this one opens a new window where you choose a gameroom and a third window opens. That's where it hangs up and the game won't start.

I have to kill the session and that's where I'm getting the following error:

    What I've done so far:
I searched for the error online and found discussions where people viewed their Add ons and found that some were disabled. All of mine are enabled.

Downloaded windows updates, ran spybot and ccleaner, downloaded newest Java update.

I'm not sure what else to try. This game worked fine last night but today I cannot play it at all. I have not downloaded anything new or done anything strange except for accidentally clicking on a link that brought up some lovely porn on my screen. Do you think that could have done it?

Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Someone on one of the discussions I found suggested contacting Microsoft but I'm not even sure where to start with that.

    Thanks so much.
