brower hangs and other issues - PUP files detected

Hi,
I’ve been having a lot of issues w/my W7 Dell laptop. The browser hangs, some websites just won’t connect and it’s also messing with some of my emails. I use Incredimail (I know, no one here likes Incredimail but I LOVE it) and emails that I get that are from certain newsletters or other things I’ve signed up with won’t display the whole email – I can’t scroll to read the whole email. I have detected PUP files and I do know they cause problems. The biggest thing is the hanging issue w/my browser (Firefox and I do have the latest version). I’ve also run all updates for my laptop and even went to Dell to upgrade for my BIOS which was already the latest version. I’ve always used your website to help when I have PC probs and this is the first time after running the suggested programs that I’m still having problems and actually after running the programs the hanging issue is now worse. I’ve also tried turing off my ZoneAlarm Security Suite ver 13.4.261.000 and still the same probs exist. I’ve tried contacting ZoneAlarm tech support and they gave me several suggestions (running Malewarebytes in Safe Mode which did find more things that I got rid of) but still have issues. Oh, for the websites that won’t open (and I’ve had other friends try the websites and they open fine for them on their PC’s) I get the ‘The connection has timed out’ message. I’ve tried going back to these websites – one in particular – for several days and as I said, it opens fine for other people on their computers so it has to be something w/my laptop. I’ve attached my log files for all the programs that I was supposed to run from the READ ME FIRST thread.
