    Hello,
Thank you in advance for any assistance. I am new and not sure where to post this due to not knowing if it is an OS problem or virus/malware issue. Receiving this DLL Error upon startup:

    DLL Error
    Error loading C:\Windows\iwsdgm32.dll
The specified module could not be found

My Google search found nothing on this error.

    OS/Specs:
    Windows XP Pro
    Version: 5.1.2600 SP3 Build 2600
    X86 based PC

    Actions taken so far:
-Ran Microsoft Fix It-reset IE settings-Fix It scan 50195-ran successfully
    -Cleared IE cache, cookies, etc-successful
-ran Symantec Antivirus Scan Version 10.1.5.5000-ran successfully and detected no problems
    -Ran SUPERAntiSpyware-detected Trojans and removed
    -Ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware-no results
-Ran ComboFix-honestly do not know what it did? Finished successfully, don't understand log files
    -Couldn't open RootRepeal
-Ran MGTools, don't know what it did either, appears to have finished and created logs in root, not sure...
-Reviewed system for all House Cleaning items as directed and found none
-Running Windows Update and learned there was 89 High Priority updates(not my machine)
-Searched C:\Windows\iwsdgm32.dll and the file iwsdgm32.dll is not there.

    Additional Symptoms:
-IE would not launch yesterday evening, even after reboots. Launched successfully today
-When attempting to type on machine yesterday, many keys executed incorrect. For instance, hitting K would give you a 6, L would give you 5.

Not sure if this is an aging OS issue, virus, malware, etc?

Any suggestions? Running Windows update now. Any help would be appreciated. And thank you.
