I lost connection to the Internet on my desktop yesterday, upon trying to reconnect I received a page asking me for the PIN to my router, at first I entered what I believed to be the correct PIN after which I realized it accepts any 4 digit PIN I enter. It then asks me to assign a name and security options followed by a page informing me it could not configure the router. My laptop has remained connected to the Internet without issue.

    Win Vista 64
    Linksys WRT120N

Here is the process in screenshots:

I am able to connect to my router (192.168.1.1) via my laptop but not my desktop:

I have not hard reset my router for fear that my laptop could lose connectivity as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
