toshiba satellite 4030cdt help

    hi i have a toshiba satellite 4030cdt notebook
    model . PAS403EYX-EN9X

    somethings happend to it
    when i turn it on it says..
    Insert system disk in drive. press any key when ready...

    i do not have the disk .. and dont know what to do to get it running

    if i press F1 system set up it says .. Boot Priority =CD-ROM>FDD>HDD
    if that helps .. hope someone can help me .thx
