How to make a downloaded driver floppy disk?

I downloaded a ULI chipset driver for my motherboard so that I can put it on a floppy in order to use it at boot up for my SATA Raptor drive installation. The download, once extracted, is about 7mb. The floppy disks I have are only 1.44mb each. Do I put the entire extracted folder onto the floppy disks? Which would create about 5-6 floppy disks I assume, or do I search through the extracted folder for a certain folder inside that has files specifically for my computer setup? If I do the latter, then it would require only about 1 floppy disk to create since the inside folder would be much smaller (KB).

I will be installing the drive onto XP Pro SP2 32bit.
