Backdoor/virus/trojans, please help

Hey guys,

I was on a dirty site (won't do it again, learned my lesson through all this) and clicked a link. After that, the browser redirected to a site telling me to download some kind of trojan removal. It made it look like my computer itself was telling me to do it. Anyway, I (foolishly?) installed this, since it said I had become infected with a backdoor, trojan, and viruses. After installing and scanning, it said I had to register to completely remove everything. It wanted me to pay money to undo everything.

So I said, nah I'll just use free programs to take care of the problems. Also, the installer's desktop icon wouldn't delete so I used system restore to get rid of it. After restore, I searched the web for removing trojans and found this website.

After doing your full cleanup, however, the only noticeable problem I have seems to still be occurring. Whenever I click on a google link, I am redirected elsewhere. This is happening in Firefox.

I'm not sure if I have backdoors or trojans, though. Any help would be appreciated. Here are the logs:

Thanks for the help, but I decided to delete the Windows partition off my computer and install it later. The problems were multiplying pretty quickly, so I just decided to kill it all.

I have a Mac so it's all good.
